Kimberly Westberry is an associate in Stradling’s Public Finance practice group.

With an emphasis on municipal issuances, Kimberly has represented various municipal issuers, underwriters, commercial banks and nonprofit organizations as bond counsel, disclosure counsel, lender's counsel, borrower's counsel and underwriter's counsel in the issuance of taxable and tax-exempt financings.
