Stacie Amasaki

Stacie is a member of the firm’s Municipal Government and Public Finance practices and has assisted numerous Washington state municipal clients, including cities, counties, public utility districts and other special districts in borrowing transactions. She has particular experience in complex revenue bond financings, including drafting Official Statements for most of the electric utility financings in Washington.
