Ed Monaco

ED MONACO’s duties consist of research, analysis, and administration for the Public Finance Department. He contributes analysis in the completion of Fiscal Consultant Reports, revenue and tax increment projections, and bond issuance scenarios. Additionally, Mr. Monaco is part of the Bond Disclosure team where he completes issuer’s annual reports as well as monitors bond issues for on-going material events.
