Matthew Flynn

Matthew Flynn joined Phoenix Advisors, LLC in October of 2011. Matt is responsible for analytical support, market and industry research, proposal writing and development. He also assists with the preparation and execution of rating presentations.

Mr. Flynn graduated from Franklin and Marshall College with a dual major in Economics and Government.
