Marcia Oliver

Marcia is a member of the firm’s Public Finance section, and brings more than twenty years of experience to clients of Coats Rose. She began her legal career with the law firm of Armogida & Coats in 1983 and remained with the Firm as it evolved into Coats Rose. She became Of Counsel with the Firm in 1998.
