Ms. Pezzello concentrates her practice on public finance and commercial lending. She serves as bond counsel, underwriter’s counsel and borrower’s counsel in the issuance of tax-exempt securities. Alex also represents lending institutions in commercial lending transactions. In addition, she advises clients in business formation, corporate compliance, equity financing and other general business matters.
