Lisa Chiesa

Lisa A. Chiesa concentrates her practice on municipal finance law, assisting both governmental and private entities with the structuring of tax-exempt financing transactions. In addition, she represents banks, trust departments and underwriters regarding their roles in the tax-exempt financing process. Lisa also counsels both Lessors and Lessees in tax-exempt leasing transactions.
