Thomas Trotter

Mr. Trotter is a partner in the Vorys Akron and Cleveland offices and a member of the corporate group. He practices in municipal finance and represents issuers and underwriters of tax-exempt bonds. He also assists public bodies in connection with their debt issues and assists private health-care providers, manufacturers, and developers in publicly assisted debt issues.
