Chris' practice is concentrated in the area of commercial transactions, principally shopping center, office and hotel developments, acquisitions and dispositions of investment properties, commercial financings, structuring partnerships and LLCs, joint ventures, corporate organizations, and equity syndications to facilitate the business needs of the firm's clients.
