William Byars II

Mr. Byars joined BOSC, Inc.’s Texas Municipal Finance Team in November 2012. He is primarily responsible for providing quantitative analyses to support the financing needs of municipal issuers in the national capital markets. He specializes in indentifying refunding alternatives to lower borrowing costs, debt structuring, cash flow modeling and credit analysis for the firm’s municipal engagements throughout Texas.
