James Shipe

Jim is an associate in the business department. He represents both commercial and nonprofit clients in the acquisition, financing, restructuring, leasing and sale of real estate assets, with experience on single asset and large portfolio transactions. Jim serves on the firm's DC employment committee which oversees the summer associate program in the DC office.
