Brian Della joined The PFM Group in 2005, and has been responsible for the structuring and issuance of a variety of different revenue credits including: water, sewer, electric, and tax increment, as well as, general obligation and limited tax bonds. Examples of his non-transaction based experience include tax incremental district creation and associated cash flow modeling, and impact fee analysis.
