Ms. Terry serves as bond and underwriter's counsel on numerous state and local municipal finance transactions, including taxable and tax-exempt issues, single-family and multifamily housing issues, general obligation and revenue bonds, 501(c)(3) issues, GNMA and Fannie Mae structures, various FHA programs and letter of credit and collateralized structures.
