Founding partner of Sierra Pacific Securities, Mr. Dean heads the Municipal trading desk in addition to acting as the firm’s Chief Compliance Officer and General Securities Principal, FINRA Series 24. Prior to founding Sierra Pacific Securities, Jarrod was a senior trader, Series 24 Principal and partner at another broker/dealer. Mr. Dean became a CFA charterholder in 2012.
