Richard Hartke II

Mr. Hartke joined RSA in 2008. Mr. Hartke’s concentration is on dealer, institutional, and retail municipal bond sales and secondary trading of municipal issuance. He is a graduate of Clemson University and holds the FINRA designations as General Securities Representative (Series 7) and Uniform Combined State Law (Series 66).
