Thomas Wilkes

Tom currently serves as General Counsel to both the Orange County Property Appraiser and the Seminole County Property Appraiser providing legal services, including contract and other document drafting, legal advice, and property-tax litigation. He also is serving as special counsel to the Citrus County Property Appraiser in major property-assessment litigation.
